Logical Brain Teasers

Q1. You are at a game show and there are three closed doors. There is a prize hidden behind one of the doors and the game show host knows where it is. You are asked to choose a door. The game show host then opens one of the other two doors showing that it is empty and asks you if you would like to change your selection. Should you stick to your original selection? Also specify the logic behind.

Q2. Six drinking glasses stand in a row, with the first three full of juice and the next three empty. By moving only one glass can you arrange them so empty and full glasses alternate?

Trying to think of the first one but to the second one we can arrange glasses alternatively by pouring water of 2nd glass into fifth one but the problem here is we are not moving the glass. Glass is in their places.

In the first question, the choice should be changed. This is because the chances of failure when the door first chosen was 66%. After the first door has been opened the probability of failure when you choose the other door is down to 50%. Thats the logic I could think of...

for the second one. Pick the second glass which is filled and pour the juice into fifth glass...put the glass which is now empty back into its place...:)
